Pneuma World is a community that creates and provides you with a safe comfort-zone for self-enhancement on all levels, mind, body, and soul! Our goal is to create a sustainable, happy, and healthy lifestyle that enhances and enriches the life you already have.

Pneuma World is a meditation, app, available in both the App Store and Google Play store. We are dedicated to introducing our world-wide Pneuma World Community to the amazing benefits of mindfulness.

Launched in 2020 by Baran Ayaz,

Pneuma World creates unique audio and video content that strengthens mental fitness and tackles some of the biggest mental health challenges of today: stress, anxiety, insomnia, and depression. The most popular features on Pneuma World is Tranquilazer anxiety free techniques

The Pneuma World app is free to download and some free content is available, but a paid subscription to Pneuma World Premium unlocks access to Pneuma World's entire content library.

Who creates our contents?

Charles Militello, Head of Mindfulness at Pneuma World, has written and recorded most of the meditation sessions available in the Pneuma World app. Bahar Colak is a long time experince mindfullnes instructor and yoga teacher. She also creates some of our uniq contents. Trillian is a long-time voiceover artist, with experience in the meditation and mindfulness field.

What is relaxation, and what does it achieve?

Stress can play a significant role in the physical body by causing low-grade to severe headaches, muscle tension, arthritis aggravation in the muscles and joints, and mental fatigue. Relaxation is a process of calming down the body and the physical senses by providing a technique to release tension. It provides an environment within your body that is stress and anxiety-free, resulting in calmness. Relaxation is the first step of guiding one into Meditation.

What is Meditation, and what does it achieve?

Meditation is a technique considered to have many benefits, not only for the body but also for the mind and the soul. It helps an individual to clear the mind, relax, and release all negativity and unwanted thoughts.

Meditation is a natural process, free of physical and outside disturbances and distractions, that encourages one to go inward to attain a heightened state of awareness and consciousness. It has been used for thousands of years, down throughout the ages, and in all cultures throughout the World.

Scientific studies have proven that Meditation reduces blood pressure, boosts immunity, and alleviates inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and asthma. Daily Meditation also improves mental focus and helps relieve stress, anxiety, and depression.

Psychology and Meditation

Meditation is also a psychotherapeutic technique that can relieve ADD and ADHD symptoms, anxiety attacks, obsessive-compulsive therapy, and hierarchy therapy. Over time, its use can alleviate rational and irrational fears by using a controlled hierarchical system for systematic desensitization.
